In 2015, Noor Nebras Ray Company started its activity in the field of exporting all kinds of Iranian goods with the approach of developing non-oil exports. At first, according to the special geographical, political and economic conditions, the two countries of Iraq and Syria were chosen as the most important export destinations.

In 2017, Nebras Company set up its office and warehouse in Baghdad and Najaf, and by recruiting staff and equipping the necessary facilities, Rasa distributed and sold capillary in these two cities. With the restrictions created during the corona epidemic, Nebras company expanded its growing trend by supplying and exporting all kinds of goods and services needed by natural and legal persons of neighboring countries. These goods include raw materials, production lines, petrochemical products, tiles, ceramics, metal products, cellulose products, food and many other products and services of Iran's economic enterprises.
